You may have heard the old saying, "All roads lead to Heaven". That quotation is incorrect! The ONLY possible way to Heaven is by
accepting Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. Jesus Christ states in John 14:6 "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can
come to the Father except through Me".
You might say "I am good person! I don't sin, why would I go to hell." The Bible tells
us in Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." We are not perfect, God is perfect. How then can
I be saved and make it to Heaven? Christ tell us in Luke 5:32 "I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance." It
is through asking the Lord Jesus Christ to forgive us and cleanse us from our sins that we are forgiven.
Why would such an awesome
God condemn people to hell? He does not, it is our choice! God loved us so much that he gave us free will. John 3:16 "For God so loved
the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." It is not
His will for mankind to die in sin, but for us to call upon His mighty name as King & Savior.
What must I do then to be saved?
Romans 10:9 tells us simply and directly "That if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised
Him from the dead, you will be saved." Thats all it takes! If you put your faith, heart, soul, and mind into what the word of God
tells us here, you will be saved!
If you feel a conviction or urge that is pulling you to turn to Christ at this very moment,
DO NOT wait! He is reaching out right now! John 6:37 "Him that comes to me I will in no wise cast out."
Turn to Jesus Christ
now! If you have never prayed in your entire life, do not be afraid. Talk to Jesus openly and honestly. Be yourself and be direct.
You cannot fool the Creator. And lastly, do not picture your words travelling across the universe to reach Him, that is not the case!
He is everywhere, omnipresent. If you need some guidance, you can use the following prayer as a guideline:
Lord
Jesus Christ, I am a sinner, forgive me of my sins. Fill me with your Holy Spirit and make me a new being. Let Your word be a lantern
throughout my life. I believe You died on the cross for my sins, and rose from the dead. Cleanse me, change me, and let my heart constantly
meditate on Your power. I will turn to You in my times of need and times of praise. Amen

WHAT MUST I DO TO BE SAVED?
FOR NEW BELIEVERS
It is VERY important to read the Bible, which is the Word of God. If you have a sincere desire to know Jesus Christ, it is imperative that you immerse yourself in His Word.
Knowing the truth and the promises of God will provide you with all the knowledge you will need. You will also know if a Church is preaching the True Gospel!
Start by studying the New Testament first. This is the New Covenant that Jesus Fulfilled as Prophesied in the Old Testament. This does not mean the Old Testament shoud be neglected, but it is most important to understand Salvation of the Messiah today!
Attend Bible study groups! What a great way to learn about Christ and surround yourself with other believers!
I would urge you to stay away from the following denominations as their beliefs are in Direct Conflict to the Bible: Catholic, Mormons (Latter Day Saints), Jehovah's Witness, and Seventh Day Adventists.
While a Church does NOT provide Salvation, it is a place that we as believers should attend. Look for a good Protestant Church!
There are numerous versions of the Bible out there. We suggest either the King James or the New King James Bible.
